Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Onsite position in Colorado Springs, CO
Job Overview:
This position will be responsible for coordinating office duties, supervising and managing field and office technicians, reducing field data, preparing scopes of work and pricing proposals, billing, quality assurance and quality control.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision of field operations and technical staff for construction services
- Ability to review construction drawings and prepare construction staking proposals
- Survey calculations, analysis and quality control
- Update job’s progress to contractors, developers, and home builders
- Assign and manage projects and workload
- Determine billing and revenue
- Maintain client relations
- 10 years of work experience specific to Land Survey with demonstrated career progression (Surveyor, Survey Tech, Project Manager)
- 5 years of management experience
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to build strong client relationships
- Proficient in Civil3D and Trimble Business Center

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $100,000 – 130,000 per year plus Commission (uncapped). The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
