Our client is actively seeking a Licensed Civil PE/PM to work with a team located in Longview, TX. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with our client.
This position is an onsite opportunity with Relocation Assistance provided as well as outstanding benefits that include company paid Health Insurance, 100% matching 401k, Paid OT and 3 weeks vacation to start.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer / PM with design experience, knowledge of engineering industry practices, and the ability to self-manage project tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $100,000 - $155,000 per year.

We are seeking a Civil Engineer / PM with design experience, knowledge of engineering industry practices, and the ability to self-manage project tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform design tasks with moderate supervision and guidance, prepare construction drawings, organize reports, calculations, and associated project deliverables in a timely manner
- Perform hydrologic/hydraulic design calculations, detention analysis and design, storm drainage design calculations.
- Perform Site grading in Civil 3D and prepare grading plans.
- Perform utility layouts and designs.
- Exercise initiative, judgment, and knowledge as required in areas of responsibility.
- Coordinate with the work of others who assist in specific assignments.
- Coordinate with client and authorities having jurisdiction on permitting requirements.
- Interact with clients and travel to project sites.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed PE in the State of Texas, or with the ability to register in multiple states.
- 8+ years of civil design experience
- Proficient using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with internal team, project partners, clients, and government agencies.
- Must be Local or willing to relocate to Longview, TX (Relocation Assistance provided if not local)
- The job requires the ability to sit (or stand) for extended periods at a desk or computer workstation.
- Occasional travel to client facilities and project sites require ability to climb ladders, inspect and be physically mobile in and around client construction sites.
