Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager (Mid Level)

Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Hybrid in St. Louis, MOÂ (3 Days in-office/ 2 Days remote)
As a Civil Engineer, you’ll work with project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and energy clients, among many others. From an urban redevelopment site, industrial complexes, to a new school project, you’ll take part in designing site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities. Interacting with clients, contractors, local government officials, you’ll impact the whole project - from conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction, all the way to the grand opening. This position offers the opportunity for a developing practitioner to grow within a well-established firm, surrounded by licensed professionals, and carve a path for continued success.
Required Skills & Experience:
Â
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)
- 6-8+ years’ progressive engineering experience
- Proficiency in computer modeling software such as: AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HydraFlow
- Ability to speak and write professionally
- Adept at researching local codes / ordinances and jurisdictional requirements
Big Bonus Points if you Have:

- Experience and knowledge of commercial real estate site design
- Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.)

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
