Job Description
Type of Engagement: 14-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Hybrid in Greenville, SC
Candidates must reside in the Greenville, SC area.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum requirement is an IT Degree or Associates plus experience
- 1+ years’ experience in IT services
- Experience in M365 collaboration tools
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP Directories
- Working knowledge in Office 365 / Collaboration tools (Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, etc)
- Passionate about technology and the adoption of it
- Motivated and autonomous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service oriented to provide a great service to our teams
Our client is in need of a EUX junior SME (subject matter expert) for mobility and backup for collab/workplace services: Provide support and advise/consultation on mobility subjects including assisting with project deployments for new solutions and services and resolution of complex incidents.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Mobility support for North America region including billing, operational support and ordering of services/devices
- Communicate and promote best practices and new technologies for mobility services from the marketplace
- Provide consulting and give advice to end users / teams
- Assist in resolving complex mobility related incidents
- Engage on annual projects that involve IAM, Collaboration, Workplace or mobility activities
- Rotate Zone EUX on call responsibilities with other EUX SMEs and Support managers
- Create documentation as needed (knowledge articles, presentations to share with the zone, end user communications)
- Test and validate new solutions
- Collaborate on strategy, projects and issues with other SMEs across Infra Service Lines, BSS and other orgs as identified
- Proactively gather input from IT to help drive continuous improvement
- Proactively keep up with industry trends and future functionality
- Learn and build knowledge for collab services including Microsoft suite, Power Tools, Video/Audio conferencing and others as identified
- Management and distribution of corporate mobile devices to support plant and office communication
- Management of cost optimization of corporate mobile devices
- Training users on new/existing technologies offered by EUX Service Line
- Backup when necessary other SMEs in Collaboration and Workplace

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $27.00 - $32.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
