#LI-JN1 Job Title: Environmental Field Supervisor (Emissions Monitoring)
Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Onsite in Bridgeport, WV

Candidate must reside in the Bridgeport, WV area.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Manage our Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) program, which gets frequent agency scrutiny and if not managed well is a compliance risk. This role operates behind the scenes to make sure everything is done right and in compliance.
- Manage headcount of approx. four LDAR inspectors and multiple contractors.
- Support junior staff. Must have strong technical skills to assist in properly identifying emissions.
- Review workorders. Needs to know when the responses are inaccurate or misleading, which requires a more senior, technical person.
- Manage database and metrics
- Manage NSPS OOOOa/b/c program including updating monitoring plan and walking paths as needed
- Provide related training as needed to staff/operations and contractors
Support and research ongoing efforts of direct measurement (eg. fixed detection, drones, aircraft, satellite, etc.) of methane emissions.
- Navigate EPA’s super emitter program. If detections are made on our assets, this role will investigate and ensure the proper response is executed.
- Monitor and manage public satellite data which includes monitoring for detections on our assets, then this role will investigate and ensure the proper response is coordinated.
- Manage direct, source-level emissions monitoring requirements as needed under Federal and State regulations.
- Manage emission monitoring data to ensure European Union (EU) regulations on gas imports are met as required.
AR and AM’s technical subject matter expert on emission detection
- Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations to leadership
- Troubleshoot existing tools as needed
- Develop processes/procedures outlining best practices on utilizing emission detection tools

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
