Our client is actively seeking a Licensed PLS in 3 different locations to work with a teams located in Oklahoma City, OK or Athens, PA or Naperville IL. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with our client working a hybrid schedule.
Job Overview:
Our client is growing and has an excellent opportunity to hire a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (OK / VA / IL locations) to continue to grow an established survey practice. You'll lead the efforts in identifying opportunities for growing the practice, lead business development and marketing efforts, and implement sales strategies to provide sustainable growth of the practice. You'll work with other practices to provide an integrated approach to addressing our client's needs. You'll provide technical oversight of the practice to include quality assurance and quality control of procedures and work product, monitor field and office procedures to assure a high level of consistent work product and service. You'll assist with the identification and recruitment of key personnel and will mentor and train the survey staff to assure professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of professional surveying experience;
- Professional Surveyor Licensure - PLS in Oklahoma, Illinois or Pennsylvania
- Experienced PLS for projects including Civil, Topographic, ALTA and Boundary Surveys (Oil & Gas would be a PLUS)
- Network of existing contacts;
- Ability to assist in the continued growth of a survey practice using marketing and networking techniques;
- Knowledge of technological advances, principles, techniques and practices of land surveying;
- Ability to provide guidance and mentoring to staff in the survey practice;
- Ability to speak and write professionally.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000 per year.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
