A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Five (5+) years of relevant experience in Surveying.
- Arizona Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RLS) certification / license.
- The more successful candidate will be a proficient user of AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation and OpenRoads, Trimble Business Center, Trimble Survey Equipment, and Microsoft Office products.
- Operational skills to effectively manage a project team, schedules, and budgets.
- Team building skills.
- Post Processing of Drone Data
- Post Processing of both Static and Mobile LiDAR Data
- Motivation to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines.
- Desire to collaborate with professionals and clients to increase your industry knowledge and grow in your career.
- Commitment to perform responsibilities consistent with industry standards to achieve department, region, and company goals.
- Interest in developing relationships with clients, partners, and local organizations to remain a trusted resource in the community.
- Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS)
- Management experience leading Survey Crews
- Project delivery and technical experience
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise projects, survey technicians, and field crews required to complete survey projects.
- Boundary and Right of Way determination
- Prepare Survey related deliverables such as Legal Descriptions, Boundary Surveys, and design surveys.
- Both teach and instruct land surveying and learn from others in the workplace
- Foster a culture of professional growth by teaching and instructing and learning from others
- Foster a culture of of professionalism and quality deliverables
- Assist in developing procedures, systems, and methods for project delivery.
- Assist with proposal preparation.
- Develop existing and new clients - Business Development Assist in fostering a Safe, Quality, and efficient work flow
- Manage project’s personnel, budgets, and invoicing.
- Assist with continued development of the Mountain Region Survey Group with a focus to grow the survey practice in the Mountain Region.
- Perform independent research and delegate changing priorities.
- Work with minimal supervision and deliver accurate work products.
- Adhere to safety standards to uphold a safe and efficient environment.
- Maintain a professional attitude and fulfill responsibilities with integrity.
