Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Type of Engagement: 1-year contract with likely extension  (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Onsite in Houston, TX

Job Overview:

Basic Function The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to our International Recruiting and Relocation teams.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides moderately complex administrative and clerical assistance to the Staffing Services Department.
  • Schedule phone, video-conference and final round interviews; working directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Leverage recruiting and HR systems (SuccessFactors) to update candidate records, pull reports, and draft offer letters
  • Manage the candidate experience by coordinating travel as needed and processing candidate’s expense reports.
  • Collaborate with Relocation to ensure seamless transition of candidates from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Assists in preparing for in-person workshops by sorting, collecting, and assembling information packets. Review for accuracy, and make corrections as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized courses or Associates Degree in a related field.
  • 0-3 years of professional, administrative experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources preferred.
  • Basic understanding of the employee lifecycle. 
  •   Knowledge of departmental function, terminology, interrelationships, and systems used.
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on customer focus.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, work with a sense of urgency, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience managing calendars using Outlook or other similar tools.
  • Experience with high-volume scheduling.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as SuccessFactors, preferred.
  • Must be able to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly, and concisely in English.

Big Bonus Points if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other closely related degree

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $24.00 - $29.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
