Work Location: Onsite position in Round Rock, Corpus Christi & Fulshear, TX
Candidates MUST currently reside in the greater Round Rock (Austin), Corpus Christi or Fulshear (Houston) TX Areas
Required Skills & Experience:
Several Positions & Locations seeking Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to assist leading and growing the survey operations for a professional service firm offering civil engineering and land surveying services throughout Texas.Â
This is a great opportunity for a survey professional to continue to grow their career with a dynamic firm supporting a variety of clients and projects throughout Texas.

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $120,000 – 160,000 per year plus Commission (uncapped). The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Candidates MUST currently reside in the greater Round Rock (Austin), Corpus Christi or Fulshear (Houston) TX Areas
Required Skills & Experience:
- Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas (SIT will be considered)
- 5-10+ years of progressive surveying and management experience
- Experience in the transportation market is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage operations and staffing in delivering multi-disciplinary projects
- Excellent verbal communication skills and marketing experience
- Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy
- TxDOT Precertification
- Experience in providing surveying services for highway, freeway and/or tollway design (PS&E) projects
- Recent experience with and knowledge of TxDOT policies and procedures
- Positive relationships with potential clients such as TxDOT, counties and municipalities.
