Job Description
Type of Engagement: 1.5 year+ contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Hybrid opportunity in Greenville, SC. Candidate must reside in Greenville or surrounding area.
Required Skills & Experience::
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce.com administration experience
- Experience with territory management within Salesforce.com
- Experience with reports and dashboards within Salesforce.com
- Experience with the following additional tools (or equivalent): Microsoft tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- Experience with CRM Analytics preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and foster team collaboration.
- Ability to communicate effectively, gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, build consensus, and suggest/negotiate solutions and alternative.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology preferred, but not required.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results on time within budget.
Job Overview:
Our client has an opening for a Salesforce.com Administrator. The Salesforce.com administration team is responsible for maintaining, supporting and enhancing the North America Salesforce.com CRM tool. The team works across all business lines in the sales environment to ensure the Salesforce.com system is operating properly. The team is also responsible for working with the business users on analysis for future enhancements to the system. The team in North America are delegated administrators (not full administrators) that work with the global team that have full administration rights to modify the system as needed.
This role requires knowledge of Salesforce.com specifically around the account assignment process. Successful candidates should be able to work autonomously and demonstrate strong skills in leadership, communication, organization, conflict management and independent judgement to select the proper course of action to manage activities, issues and risks when working with the business users on territory assignments.?
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Onboarding/offboarding users
- Assigning proper permissions to users
- Assigning accounts to territories and territories to users
- Creating campaigns
- Managing the sales budget tools within Salesforce
- Managing the account creation process
- Creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce
- Managing the bonus program for our sales users as well as working with the business on creating user stories for new features/enhancements to the system.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
