Job Description
Type of Engagement: 12-month contract with the possibility to go permanent with our client (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Hybrid opportunity in Charlotte, NC
Candidates must reside in the Charlotte, NC area.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in IT project management
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities
- Licenses or Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective and appropriate working relationships
- Performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature
- Performing basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and ratios

- Leads, plans, coordinates, tracks, and delivers projects of medium to high complexity utilizing enterprise established project methodology/framework and processes.
- Leads the project team and manages performance, identifies resourcing needs, and facilitates communication to ensure understanding of objectives and assignments and determine progress. Controls the flow of project related information.
- Develops and maintains various plans connected to the project and schedules. Identifies, monitors, and facilitates resolution of project issues. Proactively identify, manage, and facilitate resolution of project risks.
- Interact with business department stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose solutions, and maintain positive relationships. Participates in section level leadership team meetings and project decision-making.
- Documents, reviews, and implements project change requests.
- Documents project scope, deliverables, and implementation approach. Manages all project artifacts/documentation.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans.
- Cooperates with vendors to implement new applications, software, and other features. Negotiates statements of work and service contracts.
- Performs related work as required.
- Work requires providing guidance and the potential to oversee another employee. This position may oversee work quality, training, instructing, and work assignments.
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $60.00 - $65.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
