Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 - 10 years of Staffing Business Development experience in at least one of these industries: Land Surveying, Engineering, Oil & Energy, Environmental, EPC and/or Land Development.
APC is growing and looking to hire an experienced Staffing Business Development Manager (BDM) responsible for growing our Engineering & Land Survey staffing organization by generating leads, building relationships with clients, and increasing sales.
Position Summary:
As a Sales Development Manager, you will be the face of our company in your designated territory. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and ultimately driving our sector's revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic, motivated, and sales-driven professional who is passionate about meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. This is an external sales position.
Responsibilities
- Engineering / Land Survey Staffing: Demonstrate experience and knowledge of Engineering / Land Survey Professional Services & Staffing industry
- Prospecting: Generate new leads and requirements from existing and new clients through cold calling / marketing
- Pitching: Build lists of sales leads and pitch to them to grow the company's client list
- Negotiating: Close deals and manage client accounts
- Shortlisting: Understand clients' needs and shortlist suitable candidates based on location, rates, and technological skills
- Forecasting: Forecast revenue from existing & potential clients
- Monitoring: Monitor the organization's growth and strategize on how to reach more clients
- Collaborating: Partnering with recruiting team in identifying, qualifying and working candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
To be successful, our Staffing BDM should have strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, project management, and analytical skills. They should also be flexible, have good time management skills, and be passionate about building & maintaining a solid network of clients.

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
