Job Description
Type of Engagement: 1-year contract
Work Location: Onsite in Charlotte, NC
The Technical Project Manager shall provide services to drive new execution on several programs/projects in the Security functional area. Our client requires experience managing enterprise security programs and projects including:
- Privilege Access Management, ideally using One Identity Safeguard as a PLUS
- Network segmentation.
- Disaster Recovery
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the Technical Project Management throughout the project lifecycle
- Own project execution. Manages, leads and directs the work efforts of resources that are functionally aligned as part of the project team.
- Act as Scrum Master on scrum projects and lead the team through full execution.
- Own all scrum deliverables and conduct all scrum ceremonies.
- Remove impediments to the ability of the team to deliver
- Provide project updates as defined by the ITS Project Management Team
- Adhere to ITS Project Management Guidelines and Methodology
- Create ITS Project Management Artifacts (i.e. Project Charter, Project Plan, etc.)
- Ensure readiness/change adoption/stakeholder management
- Ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings (i.e. status updates, problem resolution, etc.)
- Manage project scope (in-scope &out of scope) based on information from Business Champion, Product Owner, and Strategy & Planning Team
- Ensure the quality of the project deliverables and final product by working with Business Champion, Product Owner, Quality Services, and Project Team
- Serve as project single-point-of contact
- Manage all project workstreams
- Report to management, stakeholders, business customers, etc.
- Set cadence for communications and status updates (i.e. emails, reports, meetings, etc.)
- Manage relationships and expectations with the business and other stakeholders
- Establish and manage relationships with vendor stakeholders
- Keep abreast of the vendor tasks and its effects on deliverables
Requirements & Skills:
- Industry experience
- Able to manage highly complex work efforts
- Advanced education

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $55.00.00 - $60.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels. #LI-LB1
