As a UX User Experience Design Coordinator, you will be pivotal in shaping how our team interacts with Workday and ServiceNow applications. Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders across departments such as IT and HR, to understand their needs and ensure that Workday & ServiceNow solutions are designed to meet those needs effectively.
- UX Research Coordination: Develop and implement research strategies, including user testing and feedback collection, to assess the effectiveness of Workday designs in collaboration with HR system experts
- Design Support: create and refine design questions, scenarios, and prototypes, ensuring that they align with user needs and project objectives.
- User Testing: Organize and conduct user testing sessions, gathering data on usability and user experience, and analyzing results to provide actionable insights for design improvements.
- Content Development: Assist in creating clear and engaging design documentation, user guides, and training materials to support users in navigating and utilizing applications.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the impact of design changes, leveraging user feedback and best practices to drive continuous improvement in Workday UX.
- Communication: Develop and execute communication plans to effectively convey design changes and updates to users, ensuring that they are informed and prepared for any modifications.
- Experience and Knowledge: Experience in UX design, user research, and global user testing, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Design Skills: Ability to create and refine design questions, scenarios, and prototypes in collaboration with UX designers and other stakeholders.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to assess user feedback, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for design improvements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging design documentation and user communications.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional global teams and stakeholders to drive successful UX initiatives.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage and coordinate user testing sessions, research activities, and design projects.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in UX design practices.
- Previous experience with Workday and ServiceNow applications and company-wide rollout plans
- Certification or advanced training in UX design or user research methodologies.
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is up to $22.50 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
