Job Title: VP of Information Technology
Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Onsite in Sewell, NJ

This position will lead the technology strategy and operations of the IT/IS Division and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving innovation to support the company’s growth and competitive positions.  This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in IT management, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and implement an IT/IS strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and drives innovation.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation, and support of IT systems and programs. Lead the adoption of new technologies that can enhance business performance and customer experience.
  • Establish and maintain IT/IS policies, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee IT risk management, including cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery planning.
  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient IT/IS operations.
  • Oversee the IT/IS budget, ensuring cost-effective management and strategic investment in technology.
  • Implement IT service management processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the IT/IS team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit and retain top IT/IS talent to build a high-performing team.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of major IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to understand their needs and ensure IT/IS initiatives support business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on IT/IS matters, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.  A Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies and projects.
  • Experience managing IT in a complex, multi-site organization is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Visionary leader with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business goals.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Job Requisition # 38760

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 per year plus bonus. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels. #LI-LB1
