Job Description

Job Title: Visual Designer
Type of Engagement: 12-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Remote but must work Central hours (we prefer the person to be in the Eastern or Central time zones).

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Print design, collateral materials, motion, ad resizing, brochure, case study, customer stories, PowerPoint presentation, logo files, banners in print and digital, environment design, email design, website design, branding graphic elements, infographic, social tiles, style guides, event assets, tradeshow assets, digital/print ads, photo retouching, web graphic, environment mockups, print prepress delivery formats and other brand assets.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • strong Adobe Creative Suite skills - 5+ years
  • experience in motion 
  • experience in 3D rendering program
  • experience in Figma
  • experience in powerpoint
  • strong attention towards strategic, simple, modern, smart design, and a strong eye for craftsmanship, typography and information design. 
  • experience in print, web, ui prototype and its various applications: collateral systems, brochures and non-traditional pieces, in addition, experience in developing brand guidance.
  • Thrive in an agile development environment and team and collaborate well with others 
  • Large format printing, web/sheet fed/direct mail/pre-press, retouching, 4c printing, digital file preparation, 4-color print and production processes, and pre-press delivery formats.
  • Understanding digital/web space, and Photoshop tools related to slicing and producing web-ready graphics.
  • Attention to detail and performing in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with strong organizational skills and time management.
  • Effectively using style sheets, master pages, templates, tracking, kerning and leading functionalities.
  • Producing comps and assisting with presentation preparations.
  • Actively seeking feedback and review of work; accept and act upon creative/technical direction.
  • Being passionate, confident, empathetic, positive, approachable.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $35.00 - $40.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
