Job Description
#LI-JN1 Job Title: Wastewater Hydraulic Project Manager
Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Hybrid Position in Cary, NC (2 days in office). Potential to also be located in Charlotte, NC.
Job Overview:
This role is responsible for developing, calibrating, and analyzing hydraulic models for water distribution and wastewater collection systems. In addition, this role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve system performance and resilience
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Define, develop and validate production test systems using National Instruments LabView and TestStand
- Troubleshooting and debugging of electro-mechanical components and software
- Support Sales team in the development of system proposals and customer quotes
- Contribute ideas to overall system design and work closely with Mechanical, Electrical and System Integration staff
Required Skills & Experience:
- Develop and maintain hydraulic models for various water and sewer systems
- Analyze model results and provide data-driven recommendations
- Support project teams with system assessments and design solutions
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients
Big Bonus Points if you Have:
- Expertise in Hydraulic modeling software including WaterGEMS, WaterCAD, SewerGEMS, SewerCAD, and PCSWMM
- 4-10+ years of experience
- Experience with ArcGIS and AutoCAD Civil 3D

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $120,000 - $145,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
