Our client is actively seeking a talented Digital Route - Convergent Mediation Infrastructure Services Specialist. The position is 100% REMOTE. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure required to support Digital Route - Convergent Mediation solutions for enterprise-level organizations. A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $57.90 - $59.90 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and implement the infrastructure required to support Digital Route - Convergent Mediation solutions.
- Configure and manage servers, storage, and network components to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and implement solutions to prevent future problems.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical infrastructure specifications.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals, including developers and architects, to ensure that the infrastructure is aligned with the needs of the business.
- Maintain system documentation and diagrams, and provide training to end-users as needed.
- Participate in the review and approval of change requests, ensuring that all changes follow established procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of software releases and new features, and make recommendations for upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure that infrastructure components are aligned with IT policies and standards.
- Provide support for production issues, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure required to support Digital Route - Convergent Mediation solutions.
- Strong understanding of server, storage, and network components, as well as virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
