Our client is actively seeking a talented Accounting Analyst to work a hybrid schedule in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with our client.
Job Overview:
This role is responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting support within the Rate Case Support function of the Accounting and Reporting Teams. This position requires a blended knowledge of technical and functional financial reporting and analysis skills. This position will have responsibility for preparing accounting responsibilities and assignments related to various regulatory filings and rate cases across multiple jurisdictions.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $28.34 - $33.34 per hour.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

- Strong organization skills, project and time management skills, attention to detail, and collaboration within the Regulated Utility Accounting & Reporting teams, Rates and Regulatory, Finance, other Asset Accounting groups as well as various areas of the Company.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise judgment are essential. Strong/advanced excel skills (pivot table, VLOOKUP, sumifs, etc.) are a must.
