Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Onsite position located in Durham, NC.

Candidates must reside in the Greater Durham, NC area.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, business analytics, or similar
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within the energy space
Experience and proficiency with data extraction/ETL tools SQL, Python, and similar
Experience and proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and similar
Strong project management and financial acumen a must
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with advanced levels of emotional intelligence and excellent stakeholder management
Successful experience working in dynamic, agile, and data-driven teams within a KPI and/or OKR environment

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Lead and support the identification, integration, and use of Strata’s next asset performance management platform and advanced analytics toolsets
Develop, implement, and maintain asset management key performance indicator dashboards and reports synchronizing operational and financial performance
Establish new tools and frameworks for categorizing, analyzing, and prioritizing emergent corrective maintenance repairs resulting in optimized connectivity to budgets, forecasts, and project performance
Support Asset Management’s lead in developing first legacy asset repowering framework and analytical toolset
