Our client is actively seeking a talented Business Development Manager to work with a team located in San Antonio, TX or Houston, TX. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with our client.

This position is a remote opportunity.

Job Overview:

Business Development Manager in creating and developing Suite of Services including Land Development, Renewables, Civil Engineering, and Oil/Gas survey solutions. Produces strategically focused, professional-looking qualifications documents such as presentations, statements of qualification while maintaining continuity across all marketing products. Works with other team members on a variety of activities ranging from proposal support to business development initiatives, including business conferences, attend industry-related events, manage industry memberships and sponsorships.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement to initiate new relationships to grow the support services for renewable energy businesses
  • Work with the team to formulate strategic project approaches and lead the proposal process for renewable energy projects
  • Work with management to execute and implement the marketing strategy
  • Follow the latest industry developments, stay up-to-date on corporate competitors and focus on prospects where our strength in our services can differentiate us
  • Possess a strong understanding of our services, our competition in the industry, and positioning
  • Arrange Business Meetings with prospective clients, participate in industry associations and special events
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. and provide trustworthy and accurate analysis, feedback and after-sales support
  • Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business or Finance
  • High level of computing ability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Project) CRM software
  • Requires 3 years of work experience as a Business Development Coordinator.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year.

The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
