Job Description
Our client is actively seeking a couple of talented CAD Survey Technicians to work with a team located in Loveland, CO. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working a Hybrid / Remote work schedule.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of AutoCAD Civil 3D capabilities and experience. The candidate will provide drafting and design support for Surveying Projects and MUST have previous Land Survey experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Development of survey plans and construction documents working on complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor
- Generate various drawings specific to projects, including ALTA, Final Plats, Maps of Dedication, construction layouts, and construction staking.
- Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, considering factors like legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.
- Work efficiently, multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Perform work in an accurate and timely manner.
- Handle multiple assignments with competing priorities.
- Maintain company CAD standards throughout the projects.
- 5-10 years of progressive survey work experience in CAD related field.
- Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D for creating stakeout worksheets, field drawings and providing staking computations.
- Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement, and vacation plats
- Experience in the use of Trimble Business Center for processing, computing, and review of survey field data.
- Exceptional client service skills as well as in a team environment
- Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained.
- General knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Ability to pass mandatory drug screening.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $62,000 - $100,000 per year.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
