Our client is actively seeking a CO Licensed PE - Civil Engineer to work Remotely on projects based in Colorado. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with our client.

This position is a remote opportunity.


Job Overview:

The Civil Engineer is responsible for leading the design of commercial  projects within the Oil & Gas & Renewable Energy industries. They lead the planning,  design, and development of Engineering project deliverables. They generally assist with  the development of project reports and construction documents to include, but not limited to, grading, drainage, roadway, and utilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform engineering calculations and produce engineering drawings on a variety of water resource-related projects.
  • Perform Hydraulic & Hydrologic modeling and engineering (drainage) design, and accurate earthwork calculations.
  • Lead in plan production, writing reports, and presentations.
  • Develop drainage reports, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, designs, and drawings according to city, town, and various municipality specifications.
  • Produce engineering plan sets, specifications, and submit construction  documentation packages while using general engineering practices procedures, and  applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
Requirements:
  • BS Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer Certification in Colorado OR the ability to obtain Colorado licensure immediately upon hire.
  • 8+ years of experience in Civil Engineering.
  • Must have a strong understanding of hydrology and hydraulics.
  • Must have excellent report writing and technical writing abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 per year - Based on experience and Licensure

The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
