Our client is actively seeking a talented Change Coordinator to work with a team in Greenville, SC. This is a 12-month contract assignment with the possibility of extension with our client.

Description:
The Change Coordinator coordinates one or several internal/external suppliers involved in a Change. He/she organizes the Change assessment, facilitates approval, ensures that Change Tasks are performed by the Change Implementer(s) they are assigned to, and ensures all Change objectives are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess the Change Risk in collaboration with the Change Requester
  • Analyze and schedule the Change to ensure it meetings scheduling policies
  • Prepare the Change implementation, post-implementation, testing, and back-out plans
  • Interact with all suppliers involved in the Change Request to coordinate the Change implementation with Change tasks according to the defined schedule
  • Communicate the Change schedule details to the Change Requester and other impacted stakeholders
  • Identify and add Change approval groups based on approval policies
  • Present/defend Change ticket in CAB meetings, participate to preliminary CAB meetings as necessary to anticipate Change approval, ensure the Change gets approved in due time
  • Host CAB meetings when needed
  • Interact with approvers as required to facilitate approvals
  • Coordinate the Change implementation with agreed testers to validate the desired outcome and confirm availability of service
  • Ensure the Change Ticket is updated following the implementation and that all steps (pre-implementation, implementation and testing) are completed as per the Change work plan
  • Accurately update the Change Ticket with the results of the Change implementation
  • Carry out and document Failed Change Analysis
  • Move the Change to ‘review’ status to indicate completion
  • Close the Change in accordance with closure policies
  • Participate in on call rotation managing major incidents (~ 4 weeks per year)
  • Assist the domain team with other activities (ex. Follow up on aging tickets (incident, change, problem request)
  • Quality Review (Some points may be slightly different today, but key information in the document)

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $33 - $36 hour.

The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
