Our client is actively seeking a talented Junior Engineer to work with. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with our client.
This position is a remote opportunity.
Job Overview:
The Engineer is responsible for supporting the design of commercial projects within the Oil & Gas & Renewable Energy industries. They will be responsible for planning, design, and development of Engineering project deliverables, under the direction of a Professional Civil Engineer. They generally assist with the development of project reports and construction documents to include, but not limited to, grading, drainage, roadway, and utilities.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $73,200 - $78,200 per year.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering calculations and produce engineering drawings on a variety of  projects related to the commercial development in the Oil & Gas sector and  Renewable Energy sector.
- Perform Hydraulic & Hydrologic modeling and engineering (drainage) design, and accurate earthwork calculations.
- Support with plan production and report writing.
- Develop drainage reports, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, designs, and drawings according to various municipal and county specifications.
- Produce engineering plan sets, specifications, and construction documentation packages while using general engineering practices, procedures, and applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in Civil Engineering
- Must have a good understanding of hydrology and hydraulics.
- Must have good report writing and technical writing abilities.
- An Intermediate level of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
