A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Provides technical and design services in support of land (site) development projects, residential and non-residential projects.
- Conduct preliminary/due diligence evaluations, prepare various reports, produce design and construction drawings, prepare technical specifications, and prepare permit submittals for civil engineering projects.
- Working with project team, manage project tasks and provide direction to team members.
- Responsible for various tasks on several concurrent projects and must be able to follow these tasks through to completion within the allocated period of time and the monetary budget assigned.
- Bachelor's of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- DE PE or ability to acquire DE PE quickly through reciprocity.
- Demonstrated AutoCAD Civil 3D design experience required.
- 5-10+ years of experience Civil Engineering experience specific to grading, erosion control, water and sewer utilities and stormwater management.
- 3-5 years’ experience managing Civil land development design tasks, teams and projects within budget and on schedule.
- Experience with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software including Hydraflow and StormCAD (or similar product) strongly desired.
- Experience in land development projects, specifically site layout, grading, erosion control, water, sewer utilities, stormwater management and zoning.
- Stormwater management experience should include design of wet detention ponds, infiltration systems and pipe drainage systems.
- Technically competent, a team player and good communications ability required.
- Proven record of technical competency, willingness to work as a team player and good communications skills.
