Job Title: Civil Project Manager (Land Dev)
Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Onsite position in Kirkland, WA

Job Overview:

As a Project Manager for Civil Engineering group, you'll dive into diverse projects of varying sizes and complexities. This is your chance to shape your career in a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Collaboration: You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, assisting them in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
  • Data Maestro: Dive into project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, examining legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents. You'll be the go-to expert for all things data-related.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Take on a leadership role by guiding and assisting junior staff. Ensure that project-based tasks are executed accurately and efficiently, nurturing the next generation's talents.
  • Technical Guru: Utilize your engineering prowess to prepare a wide range of reports, opinions, and recommendations. From hydrology/hydraulic studies to project schedules and storm sewer reports, your technical skills will shine.
  • Construction Support: Provide essential construction-related services and direct junior team members. From permit applications to quantity estimates, you'll play a pivotal role in turning plans into reality.
  • Engineering Software Whiz: You'll be a pro with AutoCAD Civil 3D and various engineering software packages. Your expertise will ensure that assignments are completed on time and within budget.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Land Development Project Management experience required with a focus on Single Family Development projects. 
  • Must be local or willing to relocate to the area. You will spend time on construction site.
  • Project manager should be experienced with construction phase of the engineering real estate development plan for the home builders master planned communities. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Emphasis on Land Dev. preferred. 
  • PM should be customer facing and able to work with owners, architects, and Builders with a goal of keeping the projects on target, under budget, and on time ensuring everything is taken care of.
Job Requisition #38641
A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 per year plus Commission (uncapped). The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
