Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Remote position, with occasional travel required.
Job Overview:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, testing and documenting state of the art Cloud solutions leveraging services available in AWS, Azure and GCP as well as required third party components. You’ll also be deeply engaged with peer teams to re-architect and/or Cloud-enable existing solutions for the verticals in which participates.

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $140,000 – 145,000 per year plus Commission (uncapped). The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Expertise with full stack application and solution development
- Solutioning and engineering skills in one of the primary Cloud hyper-scalers with a preference for Azure skills
- Cloud engineering skills including security and disaster recovery, storage, networking, virtualization, containerization, orchestration, Linux, web services, APIs, and DevOps
- Working understanding of the primary services leveraged in building and deploying, at scale, Cloud-native applications and platforms
- Deep understanding of Cloud security, user and identity management, and network configuration and administration
- Design/architect solution offerings that align with EXL Digital product roadmaps, strategic plans and revenue targets
- Work with the Cloud Engineering and Digital peer teams to deliver on commit dates for new or enhanced offerings per the roadmaps
- Leverage internal and external feedback to address solution design points that could be improved
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologiesÂ
- Leverages teamwork to achieve organizational goals aligned with business outcomes
- Leading by example
- Flexibility and agility
- Business acumen
- Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with geo-distributed stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting to stakeholders both internally and externally #LI-JN1
