Our client is actively seeking a talented Construction Services/Materials Testing Project Engineers/Managers to work with a team located in Bartlett, TN. This is a direct hire opportunity with our client.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $56,000 - $106,000 per year.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the technical quality of drilling, sampling, field observations, data collection and data or preservation.
- Generating and/or reviewing field and laboratory cost estimates and proposals in accordance with project plans and specifications, International Building Code (IBC) requirements, and client-provided requests for proposals.
- Serve as lead inspector supervising and mentoring technicians and engineers.
- Preparing documentation of (and mentor staff in performing) field activities, observations, and testing on construction projects, and their conformance with (or deviation from) project plans and specifications.
- Daily use of Metafield®, and/or other field and laboratory information management systems, for recording and reporting of field observations and testing results.
- Develop relationships with peers in the local engineering and construction communities through participation in local professional organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Associated General Contractors (AGC), and American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geological or Geotechnical Engineering
- 4 years' experience in Construction Materials Testing
- Licensed PE in Tennessee or have the ability to obtain Tennessee licensure within six (6) months.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering
