Required Skills & Experience:
Â
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Accounting
- 3 years minimum experience overseeing the finances of an organization with multiple subsidiaries
- Experience managing people
- Experience preparing financial statements
- Strong knowledge of US generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organizational and prioritization skills
- Audit and compliance experience
Job Overview:
As the corporate controller, you’ll be responsible for the accounting responsibilities as well as manage all financial needs of the company, including A/P, A/R, preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and other relevant financial statements. Key areas of oversight include but are not limited to: Cash management, compliance and risk, financial reporting, financial insights and analysis, AP and AR oversight, along with financial planning and budgeting.
We are looking for someone with ample experience working in a fast-paced growth environment and managing people as this is a senior leadership team role.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

- Preparation of reports that summarize and forecast company business activity:Â Â derived 3 statement model.
- Prepare, maintain, and develop weekly 12-week cash flow forecast
- Supervise employees performing financial reporting, accounting, payables and receivables, payroll and budgeting duties.
- Strict adherence to GAAP and sound financial principles throughout our global organization.
- Coordinate and oversee the month-end and year-end closing process with all subsidiaries.
- Travel as needed to support subsidiaries located in other countries.
- Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
- Prepare and coordinate financial information for our global external accounting firms can so that they can complete external audits along with year-end tax returns coupled with other regulatory compliance needs.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all external financial and accounting partners. Along with fostering long-term relationships.
