Type of Engagement: 12-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Hybrid in Greenville, SC
Candidates must reside in the Greenville, SC area.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Information Systems, Change Management, Communications or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience working with a global diverse team
- Proficiency in the M365 tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and M365 tools and Adobe
- Working in a global team building content for SharePoint sites, regular update kits, etc.
- Working with a diverse team to be sure global translations are done for the regular SharePoint updates
- Ability to work effectively both independently / autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
Job Overview:
The Adoption Content Coordinator ensures that users get the value of the EUX services by improving the performance of their usage. This role will involve the creation materials and communications to support initiatives that are being driven by the IT group.
Examples include presentations, web pages, graphics, etc., intended to provide awareness to employees about upcoming and ongoing changes and updates. Examples of this may be upgrades to systems and software, new process, policies and other things affecting the employee base.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for aiding in the creation of the adoption kits related to EUX projects and operational activities
- Work closely with Adoption Leaders to understand user impact, requirements and timelines to reflect a continuous Adoption through SharePoint sites
- Coordinate with the zones to build the operational topic deliverables that can be used at a local level
- Coordinate translations globally for all materials related to the SharePoint site, global newsletter and Evergreen of the M365 tools
- Contributes to the "Shift Left" approach (Knowledge management and sharing) and the improvement of usage of EUX services by managing Knowledge Articles, Service Catalog and Social Media updates (or supervise them when outsourced)
- Identify and mitigate and risks associated with change management effort in collaboration with project teams
- Leads the coordination and development within the IT Services Catalog for the end user (globally)
- Works on upcoming Adoption operation activity as needed
- Editing and proofreading activity
- Seek and develop new ways to communicate and train on Information Systems topics
- Create or assist with the creation of Information Systems support documentation, informational presentations and online support documents

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $32.00 - $37.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
