Job Description
Our client is actively seeking a talented Electrical Design Engineer SME to work with a team in Hartsville, SC. This is a 24-month contract assignment with the possibility of extension with our client.
Description:
- Workers at this level solve more complex problems in engineering areas of specialization with limited supervision.
- Workers are expected to develop advanced skills and the ability to work with even greater independence.
- They effectively apply fundamental concepts and procedures to work that is complex and varied.
- 15 years discipline experience and unique SME skills.
- The electrical design engineer SME will provide design support and EC inputs for the RNP projects and third-party review of Vendor Documentation.
- These projects consists of various electrical upgrades.
- This position will also be responsible for updating any impacted electrical calculations.
Responsibilities:
- Review of Design Documents;
- Development assistance and review of Implementation Plans and work orders;
- Development assistance of preliminary Testing Outlines; and General EC and Design support, including Field Data Gathering.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $70 - $80 hour.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
