A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $120,000 - $130,500 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks, forecasting and proactively addressing workload, financial performance, resource and staffing needs while collaborating with clients and teammates throughout the organization.
- Oversee and participate in the cultivation of existing client relationships including periodic client meetings, proposal and budget development, and obtaining feedback in conjunction with Marketing and Practice Area teammates.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years project experience with Commercial, Mixed Use, Industrial and/or Multi-Family projects.
- Proven leadership, project management, and client relationship skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 9+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management and coaching
- Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of industrial projects, contracts and project financials, including budgeting/forecasting
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

- Project Manager training and/or certifications
