A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Performing business development and heavy interfacing with new & existing clients.
- Hiring, Mentoring and Managing Teams providing technical and design services in support of land (site) development projects.
- Conduct preliminary/due diligence evaluations, prepare various reports, produce design and construction drawings, prepare technical specifications, and prepare permit submittals for civil engineering projects.
- Work as part of a project team, manage project tasks and provide direction to team members.
- Perform various tasks on several concurrent projects and following these tasks through to completion within the allocated period of time and the monetary budget assigned.
- Coordination with regulatory agencies
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- FL Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure
- 3-5 years experience managing Civil land development design tasks, teams and projects within budget and on schedule.
- Experienced in managing clients and winning work.Â
- Looking for a challenge to assist in growth of market share and recruiting.
- Proven record of technical competency, willingness to work as a team player and excellent communications skills.
- 5-10+ years of experience Civil Engineering experience specific to grading, erosion control, water and sewer utilities and stormwater management.
- Experience with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software including Hydraflow and StormCAD (or similar product) for stormwater
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
- Proven record of technical competency, willingness to work as a team player and excellent communications skills.
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record
