Job Description

Job Title: HRMS Administrator
Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Hybrid position located in Pasadena, TX

Candidates must reside in the Greater Pasadena, TX area.

Required Skills & Experience:
 
  • Proven/equivalent multi-year experience in related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience administering HRMS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in HRMS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Big Bonus Points if you Have:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or business-related discipline.
  • Experience with Dayforce.
  • Experience with integration tools and APIs for connecting HRMS with other enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Certifications in HRMS platforms or related technologies.
  • Prior experience with HRMS implementations.

Job Overview:

As an HRMS Administrator, you will be responsible for effectively managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's Human Resource Management System. You will act as a critical link between the HR, Payroll, and IT departments, ensuring the system aligns with organizational goals, complies with regulations, and efficiently supports Human Capital processes across the organization.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and optimization of processes: Passion for continuous improvement and optimization of support processes and systems

Activities & Accountabilities:     
 
  • Manage and maintain the HRMS, including system configurations, upgrades, and patches.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring proper access controls.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HRMS-related issues, resolving system errors and user-reported problems.
  • Work with the IT team and software vendors to escalate and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of the system.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements and new features.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet HR and organizational needs.
  • Ensure the HRMS aligns with business processes and integrates with other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and conduct regular audits to maintain data quality.
  • Generate and analyze reports for HR and leadership, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage data migrations and system updates in collaboration with the IT team.
  • Ensure the HRMS complies with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Stay current on HRMS trends, tools, and best practices to recommend system improvements

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
