Are you an experienced  IAC Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer? If so, let’s talk!
 
Our client is actively seeking a talented  IAC Azure  Cloud DevOps Engineer to work remote with a team located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with our client. {Please no CTC  }

This position is fully remote but prefers Jersey City or East coast.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Deploy cloud based applications utilizing Azure Cloud Services, utilizing Infrastructure As Code and Automation
  • Collaborate with Software Developers, gathering technical requirements and developing Infrastructure as Code to deploy Azure Cloud Services for customer-facing hosted applications.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment, sharing, evaluating, and reviewing code, processes and operations.
  • Develop, maintain and manage code in Azure DevOps/GIT working with Terraform, ARM (Azure Resource Manager Templates) and Bicep, and PowerShell.
  • Full understanding of DevOps, Agile, Scrum and CI/CD methodology.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring security, compliance, scalability and resilience.
  • Understand and implement security utilizing Users, Groups, and Permissions, both from Active Directory
  • As needed complete work during maintenance windows/off hours; act as an escalation point for 24 x 7 systems.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure, software, and systems connectivity.
  • Administer and manage Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and DataBricks.
  • Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans related to cloud services
  • Discover and implement opportunities to utilize Artificial Intelligence
  • Ability to train and mentor engineers to build growing team
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor of Science (BS / B.Sc), Bachelor of Arts (BA).
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Services, DevOps, Terraform, ARM (Azure Resource Manager Templates) and Bicep, PowerShell, Infrastructure As Code, Infrastructure, Azure DevOps, Agile Scrum, Artificial Intelligence, Automation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated, detailed, and technically sound engineer with ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Must have an innovative mindset looking for ways to improve team, product, and company.
  • Good to have experience in application security, cloud-based network architecture, scripting of system administration tasks, e.g., bash, PowerShell, python, etc.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems and industry compliance and security requirements, SOC1/2, SOX, HIPAA, HiTrust, PCI DSS, ISO27001 would be an added advantage.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $135,000 - $140,000 per year.

The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
