Type of Engagement: 12-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)

Required Skills & Experience:
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with IBM CMOD, including system configuration, administration, and performance tuning.
- IT Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in enterprise IT environments, including servers, databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server), and APIs.
- Scripting & Automation: Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) to automate tasks and improve workflows.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory and legal standards related to content management (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- CMOD Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize IBM CMOD for enterprise-level content management solutions.
- Content Management: Develop and implement strategies for secure and efficient document archiving, indexing, and retrieval using CMOD.
- Content Archiving: Develop strategies for secure and efficient storage, indexing, and archiving of high-volume transactional data.
- Workflow Optimization: Design and manage workflows to streamline document lifecycle processes across the organization.
- Data Integration: Ensure seamless integration of CMOD with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to maintain optimal functionality.
- Compliance & Security: Enforce content governance policies to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to maximize CMOD utilization.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $85.00 - $90.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
