Our client is actively seeking a talented IBM OpenPages Java Developer. The position is 100% REMOTE. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
Job Overview:
Our client is a Fortune 100 company that provides a variety of services to its customers. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java Developer with expertise in IBM OpenPages to work on developing and maintaining their risk management platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core Java development and experience with the OpenPages product.
As an IBM OpenPages Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the risk management platform for our client using IBM OpenPages. You will work closely with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand business requirements and create solutions that meet those needs.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $ 59.75 - $61.75 per hour.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

- Developing and maintaining the risk management platform using IBM OpenPages.
- Designing and developing software components and modules that meet business requirements.
- Collaborating with business analysts to identify requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting and debugging code as necessary.
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development and IBM OpenPages.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Java development
- Experience with IBM OpenPages is required.
- Strong proficiency in core Java development skills.
- Familiarity with risk management concepts and frameworks.
- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
