Our client is actively seeking a talented IBM Security Identity Manager - Infrastructure Services Specialist. This position is 100% remote. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with our client.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Services Specialist with IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating the process of server onboarding and offboarding into ISIM, and providing technical expertise to support the efficient and effective operation of our IT infrastructure.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $54.85 - $59.85 per hour.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for automating the process of server onboarding and offboarding into ISIM, and providing technical expertise to support the efficient and effective operation of our IT infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and implement an automated process for server onboarding and offboarding into ISIM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure server onboarding and offboarding process is aligned with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards, and support audit activities.
- Monitor and analyze server onboarding and offboarding process metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server onboarding and offboarding process automation.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders on ISIM best practices and integration with other systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with focus on server onboarding and offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) architecture and implementation.
- Experience with Ansible automation tool.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of security best practices for server onboarding and offboarding.
- Experience with other identity and access management systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl or PowerShell.
