Job Title: IQMS Functional Consultant
Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Hybrid position located in Kenosha, WI.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience working with IQMS, with a strong focus on Assembly and MES (manufacturing execution software).
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with business stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of IQMS, including Assembly and MES
  • Experience with system architecture and custom development.
  • Experience in system integration, especially with ERP systems and other manufacturing software.
  • Proficient in the creation and customization of reports and dashboards.
Industry Knowledge:
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in assembly operations and the medical device industry.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485) for medical device manufacturing.
Problem-Solving & Communication:
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex system issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
  • Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in IQMS (Integrated Quality Management System), specifically in the Assembly and MES manufacturing execution software. This role will involve partnering with stakeholders to understand business processes, assisting with system implementations, and ensuring seamless functionality and integration of the IQMS system across various operational areas.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Consulting and Implementation:
  • Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders for development of IQMS solutions with a focus on the Assembly and MES.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices for using the IQMS system to enhance their manufacturing and quality management processes.
  • Assist in the development of process workflows and ensure system alignment with client requirements.
System Integration & Customization:
  • Work with development teams that will customize and configure IQMS for specific client needs.
  • Integrate the IQMS system with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES) as needed.
  • Develop and implement reporting tools and dashboards tailored to client specifications.
  • Troubleshooting & Support:
  • Offer ongoing support and guidance during post-implementation phases to ensure continued system optimization.
Training & Documentation:
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure clients understand how to utilize IQMS features and modules effectively.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including system configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, timeline, and quality standards.


Job Requisition #39218

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $110,000 - $115,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
