Job Description
Job Title: IT Technician
Type of Engagement: 12-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Onsite position located in Apex, NC
Hours: 6am-2:30/3 (depending on 30 minute or 1 hour lunch)
Job Overview:
Support the processing, inventory, and movement of technology devices in a warehouse setting. Must be comfortable with physical labor and basic computer tasks. Knowledge of Chromebook and laptop hardware is helpful but not required.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $16-18 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Sort, clean, test, and prepare devices
- Update & refurbish laptops
- Use Destiny inventory system to scan in/out devices
- Wrap chargers and label devices with issues
- Powerwash and restore Chromebooks
- Move devices, bins, and pallets using pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory using Google Sheets
- Communicate via Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Perform general labor tasks as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand most or all of the day
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using laptops and basic software (e.g. Google Sheets, Outlook)
