Job Title: RevOps AI & Automation Lead
Type: Direct Hire, Permanent (Not open to 3rd party candidates or C2C. Sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Remote within the United States

Experience we are looking for (must-have):
  • 3 to 5+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Automation, GTM Engineering, or related role.
  • Experience building automations between GTM systems and building AI workflows.
  • Proven experience with Automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Workato, Tray.io, Clay, n8n, etc.
  • Deep knowledge in / experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Pardot, Qualified, Gong, Intercom, Zendesk, etc.
  • Skills in AI tools and workflows like OpenAI, GPT, Gemini, LangChain, Gong, Qualified, Clay, Intercom, Drift, etc.
  • Proven experience writing prompts, prototyping AI-based workflows / agents, and API integrations.
  • Can juggle multiple projects & initiatives

Job Details:
We are looking for a tech-savvy Revenue Operations or GTM Professional (or GTM Engineer), who can bridge the gap between AI innovation and GTM execution, for our valued client. This permanent, direct-hire position is fully remote.

As the RevOps AI & Automation Lead, you will join our client’s Revenue Operations team and help them build AI Go-To-Market solutions. You’ll play a critical role in identifying, designing, and implementing AI workflows and automations that support GTM and RevOps.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who’s a pro at blending systems, automation, and AI…who can rapidly turn ideas into fully functioning workflows & solutions. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to deliver results and innovation into the daily execution of their GTM strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy intelligent, scalable automations for GTM workflows using platforms like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, Workato, or Tray.io.
  • Lead AI-first innovations in lead routing, territory assignment, enrichment, scoring, and follow-up processes.
  • Integrate and maintain automations across core systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Qualified, Gong, Intercom, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Operationalize AI-native tools (OpenAI, LangChain, Gong, Qualified, Intercom, Apollo, etc.) to accelerate GTM initiatives.
  • Develop AI-driven solutions such as predictive lead scoring, intent-based segmentation, and sales/CS copilots (e.g., smart summaries, call analysis, automated follow-ups).
  • Prototype AI workflows or agents using low-code platforms or custom API integrations.
  • Collaborate with data teams to connect AI solutions with GTM data sources.
  • Run experiments to measure the impact of AI and automation on funnel performance and team productivity.
  • Build reporting and dashboards to track usage, outcomes, and ROI of AI initiatives.
  • Partner across GTM Ops (Sales, Marketing, CS) to identify bottlenecks and high-impact automation opportunities.
  • Enable GTM teams through training on new AI tools and workflows.
  • Support vendor selection and management for AI and automation platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations (RevOps), GTM Engineering or Automation, or a related role.
  • Deep experience with GTM platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Qualified, Apollo, Gainsight, etc.).
  • Strong hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, Tray.io, Workato, Clay, n8n, or similar.
  • Experience with AI tools & platforms, such as OpenAI / ChatGPT / Gemini, Gong, Qualified, Clay, Intercom, Drift, LangChain, etc.
  • Ability to write and iterate on prompts, build light prototypes, and integrate APIs.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills – able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable using data to measure success and iterate quickly.

Pluses and desirables:
  • Python and/or SQL experience
  • Experience working directly with ML models or vector databases

Compensation:
The Comp consists of a Salary ranging from $145,000 to $175,000 per year plus Equity. Also included is Benefits, unlimited PTO, and 401k. 

The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
