Job Title: Report Developer (HRIS)
Type of Engagement: 6-12 month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Remote  

Job Overview:

We are looking for a temporary HR Report Developer to support our Human Resources Department’s HR Information Systems (HRIS) team.
The primary focus for this role will be developing and maintaining custom HR reports and dashboards in our recently implemented Human Capital Management (HCM) system, Dayforce.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Responding to HR helpdesk tickets, assisting users with Dayforce and other HR systems issues or questions
  • Testing the W-2, ACA (forms & uploads), and Open Enrollment processes in Dayforce
  • Documenting Open Enrollment setup steps (e.g., plan/rate updates)
  • Assisting the HRIS team with other projects as needed

Required Skills & Experience:
 
  • 4 years of experience in report development, HRIS, or data analysis—preferably in the public sector
  • Hands-on experience with Dayforce or comparable HCM systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, Oracle HCM
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying data and validating results
  • Should be comfortable translating functional requirements into technical specifications and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of recurring and ad hoc reporting
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $50.00 - $55.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
