Job Title: IT Infrastructure Sr Project Manager
Type of Engagement: 12-month contract with possible extension (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Onsite position in Greenville, SC

Job Overview:
  • The Information Technology Infrastructure Project Manager (PM) is responsible for a variety of projects across the Network, End User Experience, and Datacenter & Application Platform Service Lines
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • The PM is responsible for delivering the project scope on time and within budget in addition to leading the project Steering Committee meetings (all levels of IT and Business management) and ensuring communication is flowing appropriately to all stakeholders and teams.
  • This role will manage the execution of the project by identifying project deliverables, coordinating work across multiple teams and IT suppliers (Kyndryl, BT, Computacenter, etc.), developing budget and cost plans, identifying risks and issues and will successfully monitor project progress using appropriate methods and metrics to ensure schedules, budgets, and goals are met.
  • This role requires knowledge and practice of project management policies, methods, and procedures as defined in the PMBOK and the aptitude to understand infrastructure technology to successfully engage with Architects and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Successful candidates should be able to work autonomously and demonstrate strong skills in leadership, communication, organization, conflict management, and independent judgment to select proper courses of action to manage project activities, issues, and risks.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Thorough knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts and practices (PMP, Agile and other Project Management Best Practices)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and foster team collaboration
  • Ability to communicate effectively, gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, build consensus, and suggest / negotiate solutions and alternatives
  • Ability to lead and facilitate effective and efficient meetings and working sessions
  • Ability to build PowerPoint presentations with appropriate level of communication for intended audience
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results on time within budget
  • IT Technical skills and knowledge (strongly preferred)
  • Experience with the following tools (or equivalent): ServiceNow, Microsoft tools (Teams, Project, Powerpoint, Work, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Clarity
  • Minimal travel possible (within US and other countries – Canada, France, Brazil, Mexico, etc.)
  • Minimum BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Project management experience in IT
  • Experience working across multiple platforms, entities, countries, cultures, geographical zones
  • Management of distributed teams and resources that are not 100% dedicated to the project
  • Management of large projects (>$500k)

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $60.00 - $65.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
