Job Title: IT Project Manager
Type of Engagement: 1-year contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Schedule)
The Project Manager will work with stakeholders – both business and IT. This role's responsibilities will be gathering of functional and non-functional requirements, define target touch points and delivery dates for technical project requests made by business partners across the Gas business, and manage progress of projects from ideation to production for multiple projects running simultaneously. Additionally, this position will be the owner of the project management platforms used within the organization to manage the portfolio of projects.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $52.00 - $57.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and lead the execution of detailed project plans, defining objectives, scope, tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects align with organizational goals and drive successful outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate effective communication and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Allocate and oversee the utilization of project resources, including staff, contractors, and equipment.
- Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
- Identify project risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Proactively manage and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
- Reporting and Evaluation:
- Implement a robust project governance framework, tracking progress, performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, evaluating project outcomes.
