Our client is actively seeking a talented Civil Engineer with specific Industrial Water/Wastewater experience to work a hybrid schedule with a team located in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with our client offering exceptional benefit package.
This position is a hybrid opportunity for 2-3 days in the office.
Job Overview:
As a Water/Wastewater Engineering Principal, you will develop vision and strategies, lead development and expansion of client relationships, and work with engineers and scientists to direct, lead, and manage a range of industrial water/wastewater projects. You will also collaborate with individuals in multiple office locations along with our Market Group leaders to expand revenues and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical advice and guidance to clients and colleagues;
- Developing and overseeing scope, schedule, and providing project quality assurance and cost control for projects; and
- Developing, directing, and leading project teams for successful project completion.
- Expanding existing and developing new client relationships in the Manufacturing, Mining, Power and Solid Waste markets;
- Leading and participating in industry networking efforts;
- Actively participating in the identification, recruiting, and hiring of managers and staff to support client project objectives;
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Required
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Environmental or Civil Engineering with Professional Engineer license;
- Demonstrated business development and client management experience;
- Sound understanding of business principles of consulting projects and related project delivery tools; and
- Technical expertise with industrial water/wastewater related projects.
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $120,000 - $165,000 per year.
