Our client is actively seeking a talented Junior Service Delivery Manager located in Plano, TX. This is a 1-year contract opportunity with the possibility for extension.
This is a hybrid opportunity with 4 days per week required onsite.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Junior Service Delivery Manager to join our growing team in Plano, Texas! We're a full-service consultancy helping businesses navigate IT complexities and achieve their objectives. In this role, you'll leverage your existing expertise to manage client relationships, optimize service delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:

- Own and manage key aspects of a multi-million dollar service program: Lead performance management, including monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and service quality against agreed-upon objectives.
- Proactively manage and build strong client relationships: Understand client needs, manage expectations, and communicate effectively to ensure satisfaction and continuous service optimization.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers: Ensure vendor adherence to contracts, resolve issues proactively, and identify opportunities for improved service delivery.
- Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives: Analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to streamline service delivery and optimize resource utilization.
- Mentor and support junior team members: Share your knowledge and experience, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and learning environment.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and service delivery trends: Continuously upskill and contribute to strategic discussions on how to innovate and improve service offerings.
Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in service delivery management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and frameworks (ITIL or similar).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and building collaborative relationships.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, including reporting dashboards and project management software.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing and resolving issues with vendors and service providers.
- Financial acumen and understanding of cost management principles.
- Experience working within agile methodologies.
- Expertise in a specific IT domain (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity).

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $45.00- $70.00 per hour.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
