Job Title: Junior SharePoint Developer
Type of Engagement: 24-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)

We are looking for a motivated Junior SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team at. In this role, you will assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of our SharePoint platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and aligns with our organizational goals. This will be a contract position.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $45.00 - $50.00 per hour. Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions to enhance user experience and collaboration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support the customization of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows using SharePoint Designer and Power Automate.
- Participate in testing and troubleshooting SharePoint applications and features to ensure optimal performance.
- Contribute to documentation efforts, including user guides and technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development using automatic workflow tools like power automate power apps.
- Familiarity with SharePoint on Prem Server.
- Well versed in SDLC Process
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong requirement gathering skills and experience with Project management Tools
- Familiarity with Intranet site design and experience with online products like Microsoft viva, teams etc.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and development.
Big Bonus Points if you Have:
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite like Microsoft viva and its integration with SharePoint.
- ShareGate On Premise to Online Migration experience with tools like Sharegate
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar PMO tools.
