Our client is actively seeking a talented Land Surveyor. This position is in Loveland, CO or fully remote for the right candidate. This is a fulltime permanent opportunity with our client.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Must be a Colorado stamped PLS
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2019, Trimble Business Center, Pix4D, preparation of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, topographic surveys, easement descriptions, subdivision plats, process drone and HDS scan data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of surveying master planned communities or large land developments.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
