Job Title: Manager - IT Infrastructure Services
Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Hybrid role located in Raleigh, NC.
Candidate must reside in the Raleigh, NC area.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in networking, including network security and architecture.
- Expertise in server management, virtualization (VMware), and cloud infrastructure (Azure).
- Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD.
- Experience with storage management and cloud technologies to ensure high availability and security.
- Minimum of 5-7 years in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
- Prior experience leading IT teams is essential.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry or similar highly regulated environments is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

We are hiring a Manager of IT Infrastructure Services to lead a team of IT professionals.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership to ensure our IT infrastructure's smooth operation and strategic development.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team IT staff, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations.
- Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, including network architecture, servers (on-prem and cloud-based), and security tools and protocols.
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our Azure cloud environments.
- Manage VMware environments, ensuring effective server virtualization.
- Oversee storage management and ensure data availability and security.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), ensuring proper user and access management.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with business needs.
Job Requisition # 38889
A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $140,000 - $155,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
